I'm hoping some of you will share any experiences or stories in regards to what I am going through. I am 32 weeks with 3rd boy. I had lots of yellow jelly like substance this morning when I wiped on 3 seperate occasions...which I assume was my mucus plug. I am not having any "contractions" per say. My stomache is not hardening up, but I have lots of lower back pain and what feels like menstrual pain or cramps down low on my sides. I can also feel shooting pains in my vagina from the head. L&D monitored me for 2 hours. I was not dilated, only soft and 20% effaced. The machines did not pick up any contractions. I am still feeling pretty crappy with the back and menstrual like pain, but apparently I am fine. Has anyone ever been told they were fine when they were having symptoms like this only to go into labor right away? I just don't feel right. Am I being paranoid??? I have never gone into labor on my own...always been induced.
