This is kind of an interesting question because if you do an archive search on it, just type FETA, there are a million questions. The interesting part is that there are close to a million DIFFERENT answers! Some doctors seem to think that if in the US and it is pasteurized, it's fine, hot or cold. Some say if it's heated long enough to melt, it should also have been heated long enough to kill any listeria, others (well, one doctor, repeatedly) says just avoid it altogether. One doctor does answer that while heated is fine, you should eat it while it's hot, not once it's cold again. Hmm, an answer I do not have, just thought it was interesting that there really doesn't seem to be ONE answer!
