Coenzyme Q10 during pregnancy

My doctor also mentioned, that because of my age, I have a greater risk of developing heart or kidney trouble during the pregnancy. I was wondering if it would be ok to start supplementing with CoQ10 to at least give my heart a little extra support. One of my nutritional supplement books lists CoQ10 as a supplement that is good during pregnancy - but I don't like to go on just one reference before making decisions to take things like this. Any problems with taking it? (Thank you!)
