It depends on how you are counting your pregnancy, it defers from woman to woman, book to book and doctor to doctor...although most go by 40 weeks divided into 10 equal months (4 weeks each) for simplicity. If you caluclate this way, you have just started your fifth month of ten months. If you are using nine months as your total pregnancy, then you are about 4 1/2 months along.
