Hi, I am exactly 4 weeks postpartum today. When I just wiped after urinating, I noticed a small, dime sized amount of green mucous had come out of my vagina onto the toilet paper. This is gross, but it smelled like fish. Subsequent wipes just had my normal pinkish spotting. I have been treated for endometritis and have not had a fever today or anything. I am still having pains in my lower abdomen and the area of my cervix though. Also have noticed external burning and itching. I have an appointment in three days and since this is the weekend was wondering what you think this could be and whether it is safe to wait for my appointment.
