Am I Pregnant with Negative HPT

I usually do not have any of the PMS. But last week and this week I have one or more of the following symptoms:

Persistent Breast Tenderness (have become larger also) Nausea Lower Abdominal Pain (mild) Very tired, Feeling Sleepy all the time

This morning I went to the doctor and the Urine Test at the doctor's office again came out negative. After insisting, my doctor agreed for "Quantitative Blood Test". Now it is waiting time again....

It has been very hard for the past two weeks physically and emotionally...

(1) Did anybody have similar symptoms with negative urine test and still turned out to be Pregnant? (2) If I still don't get any periods next week with my Urine Pregnancy Tests showing negative (again), what should I do with my symptoms? My breasts are feeling heavy and painful. My Doc says, don't do anything but wait...

Any comments would be greatly appreciated...Thanks.
