Stacey- Before you decide "not to keep" your baby, ask yourself why you allowed yourself to be irresponsible and get pregnant again if you're dead-set against having a girl. You choose not to say ABORT your baby, you say "not to keep". You are trying to make like you're not considering something so selfish just by skipping the word "abort". I have a hard time of not comparing you to the old Chinese tradition of killing off baby girls because they weren't born as boys. I feel sorry for you and your husband if you think that having a boy is the answer. I am a survivor of cervical cancer and had numerous surgeries and did all I could to avoid a hysterectomy at age 22 so I could hopefully someday have a baby. I am pregnant now and am THANKFUL to have become pregnant with a precious baby- just because it is a miracle that I can bring a child into the world in a few wks. Many women would love to be in your "sad situation"-they have SO MUCH LOVE TO GIVE and would do anything to be you! Maybe I am being judgemental, but having an elective CVS just to see what the sex is for your own selfishness is wrong. I hope your anti-daughter sentiment isn't rubbing off on your precious girls. I feel no matter what you decide to do you should see a counselor regarding this situation to find out why you need to have a boy so much.
