Re: 3 girls and wanting a boy - Stacey, please readFrom: lynn (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 17 Jun 2003 23:14:00 -0400
Stacey, You mention below feeling "terrible" twice, "horrible" once, and "distraught" once...all in about 6 sentences. Please rethink this. I'm not here to judge you, but I think deep down you don't want to terminate this pregnancy JUST because it may be a girl. Let me throw this out at you --- let's pretend that you only have your first 2 girls. Then you find out you're pregnant with a third. You find out it's another girl early enough to abort, but decide against it. Now fast forward to your life today. Aren't you SO GLAD you didn't abort your precious child??? Can you even imagine your life without her??? Trust me, that is how you will feel, even if it's another girl. You won't remember what life was like without her. I can read between the lines of your post, and I can tell you are a caring and loving person. Don't make the biggest mistake of your life. Gosh, I would give anything to be in your situation right now, as would many people. I wish you the strength and wisdom to make a decision you can live with. Peace, Lynn
