Hi everyone! 4 weeks after delivery I'm finally finding time to visit the forum! I just have a quick question. It is extremely hot and humid here and I'm dying to take a dip in the pool. Is it safe at this point postpartum? I'm no longer bleeding, just a slight yellowish discharge, and had a small episiotomy. Thanks in advance.
