If you had unprotected sex at ANY TIME at all, you could be pregnant. No, being on the pill would not affect a pregnancy test - pregnancy tests measure hcg in your blood and the pill has nothing to do with your hcg level. If I were you, I'd wait a week or two, then take a test. And in case you didn't know, even while you're on the pill, even if you take it perfectly every day, there is a very small chance that you can get pregnant and the pill does not protect you from any STDs at all.
