Irregular heartbeat at 26 weeks

I am at 29 weeks with twins: boy and girl. My doctor detected an audible arythmia in the girl at my 26 and 28 wk appointments. There is an extra little beat. I am having an ultrasound next week. I am concerned about this. What could be the cause of this? What could this mean? Should I be concerned with complications with delivery/birth due to this? or health problems after the babies are born?
