Small amount of semen and fertility?

My husband produces a small amount of semen but when analysed the Doctor found that he had a normal count and everything was normal, could this be true???shall we seek another advice??? I haven't been able to conceive for 2 years is this obstacle related to the small amount of semen that my husband produces or is it something that I have??thank you for any reply and advice in advance,I really appreciate it.
