Help! I am 30 years old and I had a tubal ligation 4 yrs ago. I had a positive HPT, and on the same day a negative serum hcg. The next day I had a positive HPT in the afternoon and the next a.m. as well. Awaiting 2nd serum hcg in 2 days. I have frequent abdominal pain, breast tenderness, nausea & moodiness. My LMP was not normal. I am concerned about ectopic pregnancy but am not being taken seriously. Is there cause for concern or am I blowing this out of proportion.
