Hi, I just started charting my BBT's-I wanted to figure out exactly how long my luteal phase is and thought this would be my best way to get an answer, to chart. I have a very regular cycle 25 days-always start spotting a day or so before my period. Well, not this month. For some reason I started spotting a week before my period. My period is due today and still just spotting. Not enough that I need to wear anything, but enough to annoy the heck out of me. I have also felt crampy most of the week-very unusual for me as I never get cramps before my period-during yes, but never before. I even had sex thinking that would bring on my period-it ususally does if I am spotting and if it does not it will at least make me spot more-neither thing happened?? The color has also been off it is a reddish brown. Any ideas on what is going on here? Your opinion would be greatly appreciated!!!!
