I'm 21 weeks, sleeping the same way you are. I put a fluffy pillow under my belly so that I can't lay flat on my stomach, just a bit. I read in the archives that as long as it's comfortable, it's fine. I also have a friend who slept on her stomach most of her pregnancy and all was fine. I didn't at all my first pregnancy, but this time I can't get comfortable with any of the pregnancy pillows!
