Just to ease your mind a little, I carry around a 42 pound toddler quite a bit, and all is fine at 21 weeks. Also, if you're 5 weeks, that's right about the time most (at least those I know) start having to urinate frequently anyhow, get used to that one... between peeing and puking, I wish I could have carried around a toilet instead of my toddler for the first trimester!!! >
