Couldn't find answer on archives - Urinary difficultiesFrom: Hadassah (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 30 May 2003 17:14:23 -0500 (CDT)
Hi, I am 32 yo 8 wks pregnant and had a very tilted uterus. I am starting to have difficulty starting to pee when I go to the bathroom. Weird feeling! I gathered from the archives that I may be at risk for UTI's. My questions: Can I take those cranberry supplements or ask for a prescription to prevent UTI? Is there anything I can do to keep this from getting worse (sleep positions, exercises, etc.) because I imagine it will only get worse? What happens if it gets really bad - will my doc give me a take-home catheter or something? Thanks to anyone who can help with this! Hadassah
