Could running this amount 4 times per week really be enough to be the cause of this woman's anovulatory cycles? I'm just surprised, because I also run about 5-6 times per week, at usually 6-7 miles each time. I haven't had a problem with anovulatory cycles, so is the exercise frequency at which anovulatory cycles occur different for every woman? As someone who is also trying to conceive for the first time, and who runs regularly, I want to make sure I don't pass the level at which exercise would be healthy and become a barrier to conception.
