When I had this problem during pregnancy (sciatica), my doctor put me on
bedrest and had me take tylenol and keep it my system for one week to
help with inflamation. also a heating pad 3 times a day for no more
than 20 minutes. presto, in 1 week, it was all gone! i hope it works
for you. it only came back if i went for a walk that lasted more than
40 minutes, and then i would sit on the heating pad when i came home...
pain was history. now your case seems more complicated, but i hope this
helps.
