I have a question about Clomid.

I just completed my first cycle and did not get pregnant. My doctor said that I should do another clomid cycle but if after 3 cycles on it, it does not work I should move to injectable hormones or something.

I thought clomid usually could take 6 months - she said they do 3 cycles and if that does not work they move on.

Has it taken anyone longer than 3 cycles for clomid to work? I would rather do that then anything stronger?
