Horrible isn't it! I had it with my son and now, I've got it again. Seems like I can't totally void my bladder. I have found that anxiety plays a role. If I am calm, it doesn't happen so much. Also, I quit drinking water at 5pm so that by about 10pm, I'm not so bad, but still go two or three times before falling asleep and again two times or so during the night. Good luck! Becky
