Dear Sommer, this could be related to "inter-rib" pain, nothing to be concerned of (the fact that there is a trigger point is very indicative of a nerve irritation). The onset after eating could be related to gastric pain, even though it seems to be very high. I think you can wait or refer to a general practitioner. Best wishes
