Tina, I had the Nuchal Ultrascreen and was told anything under 3mm was normal.

What were your risk numbers. That will tell you better, they use all the info to access that. You can also ask for a level II US and they can find down syndrome markers on those. If you get bad results from that you can still have the amnio. Also I don't think you can tell anything from the nuchal measurment after the 13.6w period. That is the reason that they want it done before that. So your first one would be more accurate. GL I'm sure everything is just fine.
