Faint line-trying not to worryFrom: Jessica (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 27 May 2003 10:56:36 -0500 (CDT)
I was on pill for 14 years and went off. My cycles had never been 100% regular, but a little long usually. Strongly suspected I was pregnant, and took two sensitive HPTs on Friday (Cycle Day 36-LMP 4/18). Got faint positives on both tests. Monday morning took another and got another faint line-it came a little more quickly, but still faint-perhaps slightly darker than other tests. I know this is not a quantitative test, but I wish the line was darker on Monday than it was. I used first morning urine in all cases-though I do go to the bathroom during the night-can't help it. I had a m/c in February (blighted ovum), which was my first pregnancy, so I'm extra concerned about this one now. My new OB won't see me until next month, so I can't get a beta test. I will take another HPT again in a few more days, but in the meantime, should I be this worried about the still faint line?
