I am 9 weeks pregnant.During my 7th week I had a fever of 102 for almost 3 full days.What kind of effects can this have on the baby?What is the worse case scenario?Everyone I know has already told me not to worry,which I'm not,I just want to know what a fever could do to a baby at this stage in pregnancy.
