20wks and breast LEAKING!

I went for my Level II U/S yesterday and SHE is fine... then when I got home after work I took a little rest, laid down for a nap, and woke up with the left side of my shirt was all wet...

So here are my questions...

1.Is this OK?

2.Will there be sufficient colostrum when the baby is born if it's leaking now?

3.Should I be encouraging it (and wouldn't that release oxytocin possibly stimulating preterm labor?)? or just let it go and leak? or???
