I was eleven weeks pregnant and two days ago I noticed very light streaks of pink when I went to the restroom. I went to the doctor yesterday and had a sonagram. The nurse told me my baby had no heart beat and had died at nine weeks. She then told me I could wait a week and see if the misscarage came on its on. I've only had the same type spotting, but I have very bad cramps in my left side and I'm nauseaus. I know my question is weird but I need to know how this will happen. Does this happen like a pregnancy? Will my cervics thin and dialate. Is this what the cramping is doing? Please if you can help or explain what happens to me . I want to be as prepared as I can be. I'm so scared I'm going to freak out. Thank you for your time. Jennie
