I have endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain. I have been on narcotics for over a year now. I recently found out that I am pregnant. My Dr's think my pain will subside as I get further along in my pregnancy. Currently, I take at least 60 mg/ day of oxycontin. Do you have any information on harmful effects it may have on a fetus if taken during the first trimester?
