cause of 3rd miscarriage and fibroid - help!

I was wondering if it is probable that a 4.3cm, primarily intramural but partially submucosal posterior central fibroid (that indents the lining anteriorly) could be the cause of my recurrent miscarriages. I just had another and I was only 4 weeks 4 days when I "miscarried". All of my blood hormonal tests are coming out normal but my Dr. doesn't think it's the fibroid either. My HCG was 20 at 14dpo. Does this mean it never implanted?

Thank you so very much!
