My son was born March 29th via C-section, It will be 2 months the 29th of this month, I am not breastfeeding.. Not on any type of birth control as of yet. When approx. should I get my period back? and how do you know if your pregnant again right after birth if you don't get your period? I know a test but is there any diff kinds of symptoms?
