Wedding anniversary is tommorrow SEX yes/no??

My 4th wedding anniversary is tommorrow, I am 2 days shy of being 30
weeks pregnant and 1 cm dialiated and 50% effaced, with history of early
dialiation and effacement, but no preterm delivery. I have been put on
cervical rest but my question is can this one time of having sex be that
bad, if so of course I will not, but I have had a good week so far with
just braxton hicks but nothing regular.
