I am 14 weeks pregnant. Food in my stomach ( small meals ) does not seem to move after eating especially in the evening. I have not been sleeping well at night because of this since I feel extremely full and uncomfortable. Is metoclopramide safe to take at 14 weeks to increase emptying of gastric content ? Thank you so much.
