I keep having dizzy spells (while being sat down or stood up). The rooms spins so bad I vomit. I have been contracting for the past 48 hours but they haven't gotten bad enough for me to be in labour, this is my 5th baby, I am 38+ weeks.

I stopped having morning sickness months ago.

Any ideas?
