Marcella,

This is my 3rd pregnancy (one healthy baby, one miscarriage). I am 20 weeks now, and although I've gained weight, I don't show at all. I had my ultrasound at 18 weeks (yours is probably coming soon), and the baby looked great and was 50th percentile for size. You'll probably feel movement soon too, which is comforting. But, if there's a good heartbeat, you're probably fine! My OB wouldn't measure me either, but felt at 17 weeks (because I told him I was nervous) and said that my uterus came to a little more than a finger tip below my belly, perfect for this time. If you try to check that way, make sure you are lying totally flat! Sounds like you're lucky, but a little afraid to feel that way, same as me!!
