When I get contipated it feels like someone is shoving a knife into my gut. If you are afraid of stool softeners,,, do you have a Trader Joe's near you? They have a brand of bran muffins that works like a charm for me. They are called Zen muffins.... quite a tastey treat aswell. One muffin is only 4 weight watcher points since they are so packed with fiber. Eat a few of those in one day and if you eat any sandwiches during the day, make it on an Orowheat bagel. They are also packed with fiber and very tasty. I wish you a happy and healthy baby ... and happy pooping too.
