A June 12th due date would give you a conception/ovulation date of September 19th. Use this calculator... http://www.ivfer.com/pg_calc.htm

So my guess is it is your earlier partner.

I agree with the others...early u/s's around 6wks (4wks after conception) are usually accurate within +/- 2 days. The farther along in your pregnancy you get, the less accurate ultrasound measurments gets. An u/s at 32 weeks is +/- 21 days, I believe.
