How far along were you when you had the ultrasound? The problem is that although early ultrasounds are quite accurate, by 20 weeks, they can be give or take 2 weeks. By the way, when I work it out, I come up with September 19 as the date of conception, which would put you much closer to the 8 days before, and sperm can live for quite a while, so if the ultrasound was fairly early, I'd put bets that "daddy" is the man you slept with on the 17th. Hope this helps, but a DNA is the only way to know for sure (unless the men are different enough looking that it will be that obvious)!
