Hi, I'm 36 weeks and I've been having a really heavy, pressure-like achiness in my lower abdomen/pelvis. It feels something like menstrual cramps and it hurts. BUT, it does not seem to me like contractions (the pain does not come and go in waves and my uterus does not seem to tighten - it is nothing like the Braxton Hicks contractions I've had, which I still have from time to time). Could this be early labor or is it just late-pregnancy "heavy soreness"??
