drank tea with questionable herbs -- should I do anything?

Hello -- I'm 15 weeks pregnant. I drank approx. 3 glasses of a decaf iced tea over the last two days, and noticed some cramping and backache following. Although cramping and back pain have been a part of my pregnancy up to this point (without ANY bleeding, I might add), I was unsure whether this tea was responsible -- I'd lost the packaging. I returned to the store to find that it contained decaf black and ceylon teas as well as marigold, rose, cornflower, and thistle. They were listed last on the ingredients list. The cramps have subsided, the backache has not, and I haven't, of course, consumed the tea again.

My questions follow:

1) were these ingredients dangerous to me or the baby? Did I consume enough to even make a difference? 2) could they be the cause of the cramps/backache? 3) Does it do any good to contact my doctor, since I can't "undo" having drunk the tea?

many thanks.
