Stomach problems in first trimester

I'm currently 12/13 weeks pregnant. All throughout the first tri I've had BAD morning sickness, as in throwing up several times a day. I even had to quit my job because of the constant nausea. My doctor wasn't too concerned because I could keep fluids down, and I remained at my prepregnancy weight at my 12 week check up. I've stopped throwing up now, even though I still feel queasy constantly. But I'm beginning to think the morning sickness was so bad because my stomach has been so uncomfy. I feel like I don't digest anything, that it all just sits in my stomach, and it hurts. Sometimes I'm up all night because my stomach is hurting so bad. I'm completely turned off from food lately because of this. I feel so full and bloated all the time. I tried things like just eating snacks instead of meals, and cutting out fattening foods and fried foods, and drinking more water, but I still feel the same. I know pregnancy comes with some uncomfortable side effects, but is this normal? I feel so miserable.
