Fluid discharge--early m/c?

I had an IUI last week (Friday 5/9/03) after completing ovulation induction with Repronex and with 10,000 IU Pregnyl. I had at least 6 follicles 16mm or larger on Friday, 4 18mm or larger. I am still rather bloated and have some abdominal pain, especially on the left side. I am taking Prometrium vaginally twice a day. This morning, after hitting the snooze button, I had a bunch of warm, clear fluid leak out of my vagina? What is this? Should I worry and call my doctor? Could it be early m/c? Or is it a side effect of all of my meds? Or something else?
