How in the world can you suffer from a UTI for a few months? They are awful! You must be in agony! Anyway, yes, untreated it can spread. If you are 4-5 weeks pregnant, it should show up in both urine and blood test. You don't have to ask for anything special - just get that UTI treated and tell the doctor you think you are pregnant. (Make sure you have the date of your last period - better yet, take your calendar if you track your cycle - it'll make it easier for the doctor if you are pregnant). Good luck!
