If it wasn't concerning, the doctor who responded would have said so.
Low fetal heart rate is always concerning (search archives: heartrate or
heartbeat), but there really isn't much anyone can do to confirm
viability other than another ultrasound (as the doctor suggested). I
know it is difficult, but there are rarely clear answers to early
pregnancy concerns - it's almost always a "wait and see" situation.
