I have been there, I know excatly what you are going through. I went through the same thing, I have a four year old and my second son is now 2 years old. I had to take paxil, but I found that talking to friends, and even strangers helped. I talked about my kids and other hardships that were causing me to be down. I found out that I wasn't alone. As mothers we go through alot. Most of the time the fathers are working so we have the children, house, yard, and other things to attend and we some of us have jobs as well. And we get to overwhelmed. I wasn't on it long. And I did get through it. I am now pregnant with the again... Hang in there girl, it will pass. Just relax and find get some time to yourself as well.

I hope this helps Lori
