Birth defects and methotrexate - 50mg/m2

My wife was given 50mg/m2 dose of methotrexate to abort ectopic pregnancy. It turned out that the pregnancy is not ectopic, and we're now waiting to see if our baby will survive. He/she was alive yesterday after three days of methotrexate. My question is: If the baby survives, what are a chances that it will not have major birth defects ?
