135 is w/in a normal heart rate for baby.

I am now 25 weeks pg & still working out vigorously 5x/week for 40-60 minutes each workout ... running (a little over 3 miles in 30 minutes) 2x/week, spinning, etc. My dr says all is well w/ me AND baby. My resting heart rate is in the 40s. There is controversy out there as to where to keep your heart rate. The old school, which many drs still hold, says no higher than 140 bpm. Now I've seen things that state that, if you are conditioned before pregnancy, it's ok to keep a higher bpm. I have kept mine below 150 during this pg. My dr said to go no higher than the 130s/140s. I try to stay around 140 just for piece of mind.

And I've been told I can keep it up as long as I feel I can!!
