Amy, If you well go back and check the post from the past couple of days you well find that someone did post saying that they had used the gel and had no problems with their baby. The one thing that the other posters have stated is that the infection HAS TO GO. It can end up causing more harm then the medication that your doctor prescribed to you. Women have ended up with miscarriages because they had an infection that was not treated. Have you tried doing a search online for what has been said about this gel? If not try it and see what pops up. Any time I have been given a medication during pregnancy I have checked it out online to see what it says. One thing that you well find is that most medications have a warning label on them when it comes to pregnant women taking them. Most medications have not been "officially" tested on pregnant women. So they have to put the warning label on there. If I were you I would trust your doc. Chances are he prescribes this to all his pregnant patients that have these type of infections.
