Hi Jaimee, Sorry to hear about your m/c. I would bet it is hcg leftover from the miscarraige. If you had your period April 14 it seems unlikely a pregnancy test could come back positive already even if you were pregnant. Sometimes it takes a while for the hcg to go down after a miscarriage. Ask your doc!
