There have been many cycles that i did not ovulate and i had PMS and a period---however, there have also been a few times i didn't start and needed to get a shot to do so. Are you doing temps? It is not that abnormal to not ovulate once in a while - but if it happens often it would be helpful to see your OB or RE and they could treat you with some drugs.
