Congrats on your pregnancy! Ovulating on day 18 isn't that mixed up - most woman rarely ovulate exactly on day 14. The fact that you had relations 2 and 3 days before ovulation is why you became pregnant - sperm can live up to five days! And when doctors date a pregnancy, they normally go by the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP) not the date of conception. So if your last cycle began on 3/21, that is the date you should be using. I don't know if you hcg level of 7400 is what they expect at this point since I'm not a doctor. Good luck at your u/s and with the remainder of your pregnancy!
